Pearl Jam - Ten
85

Great grunge album, no question. Not gonna lie though, I think I prefer their next album a little bit more.

Lorde - Pure Heroine
95

What a fantastic piece of pop music. It might not be the greatest or most impressive pop album out there, but it's absolutely one of my personal favourites to listen to. I come back to it often.

Edit: holy fuck the more time goes on the more I love this album. Lorde is my GOAT fr.

Viktor Vaughn - Vaudeville Villain

Going this hard has to be illegal.

Alexisonfire - Alexisonfire

I feel so emo right now

Kanye West - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy
85

Yea, I do think this one is slightly overrated. It's absolutely not Kanye's best, and there are a few less-than-impressive tracks here. But... This album also has some of Kanyes greatest songs, and some of my personal favourites.

It might be overrated, but its still great. Any rating under an 80 is just wrong.

Third Eye Blind - Third Eye Blind
90

Definitely an underrated one. Stellar album with no fuck-ups in my opinion.

New Order - Brotherhood
80

A very enjoyable 80s synthpop album. Bizzarre Love Triangle is a 10/10 song.

MF DOOM - MM..FOOD
90

Im very hungry.

Travis Scott - Rodeo
90

When it comes to Trap, it really doesn't get better than this.

Gnarls Barkley - St. Elsewhere
80

Danger Mouse and Cee-Lo Green is a killer combo.

Death Cab for Cutie - Narrow Stairs
80

Band kid vibes but in a good way (If possible).

Interpol - Turn on the Bright Lights
85

A very dark and emotional post-punk album that deserves the high praise it recieves. I have the feeling that this score will go up when I listen to it again.

Faith No More - King for a Day... Fool for a Lifetime
90

What were the critics listening to? It must have been a different album because this one rules. There is definitely a mix of genres here, but I feel like it works in the albums benefit by keeping things interesting, and making every track sound different from the others. This might just be my favourite Faith No More album, which says a lot because I really like this band.

Edit: Fuck it, it's my favourite. 85 -> 90

I love Indie / garage rock like this. Simple, groovy and enjoyable. The mixing and production is a bit rough, but I'm sure that was the point, and it really only adds to the experience for me.

Janet Jackson - Control
85

She wasn't lying when she said she had control.

The Dead Weather - Sea of Cowards
75

Nothing groundbreaking here, but it sounds pretty damn good.

Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin
80

What a crazy debut. Gotta be one of the best and most influential debuts of all time.
