If I was 10-12 years younger I would be really into this and be telling all my friends about it. Chateau kinda goes though.
Another Doksys recommendation and it went well!
This EP filled my desire for transformer music without overstaying it's welcome. This thing goes quick and is over before you know it, which for me is a benefit. However, if you are looking for more you may be disappointed. Luckily, this artist discography is vast so there is more for you if you enjoy this!

I prolly liked this more than I was supposed to....
Listened to half on stream, half off stream and it was as hit or miss in both settings. One song will be a banger next is bearable but ultimately a snoozer. This trend continues for the entirety of the project.
Correction: Lil Pump is the smartest and most intelligent of all the pumps. He went to Harverd and I didn't.
Last one from today's stream and another good suggestion from the homie Frain. I really didn't know exactly what I was getting into with this one, but as I glanced down the track listing I knew with the stacked lineup I was in for something special. This album has exceptional transitions between songs and I especially love the massive incorporation of so many Eastern instruments. It give this project a very glimmering aesthetic while still being in your face and a little rough around the edges. ... read more
Big thank to Green Bean today on stream for catching me babbling about Nurture, dullscythe specifically, and telling me to go check out Virtual Self. What I will say if Porter is exceptionally skilled at translated a thought from the mind into music. I feel as each song on this record progresses I get a very clear vision of what kind of mental state he wanted each song to place you into. I was definitely enjoying myself at every point throughout this listen, but come the track Key I was just ... read more
Heavy, hard, and fast paced. The artwork is pretty on the money, because I could feel the synapses in my brain firing for songs like Airflow, Bunker, and Eternal Frost. Given this things lengthy runtime I am actually pretty shocked at it's ability to keep me entranced for the entire runtime.

Hey man, I get it... I hated on I Luv It at first too.
I'm no joke really excited for her album with the styles she has been playing with lately. It's different and that's all that matters to me.
Oh..... OHHHHHHHH with each single I get the vision more and more.
To quote the end of the video, "a little more slutty baby maybe?"
First time listening to Snow Strippers and I fear I should have never started..... Snow Strippers fans, is it supposed to be like crack?
This project is simultaneously glittery, grimy, and smooth as butter. Almost like the music of a soulful night club but in the sewers of Detroit, and those same sewers are also part of a space station floating through the universe.
Chained Up: Dumbass brain is having a bit of an aneurism and forgetting the interpolation on this song, but that aside this ... read more
I dislike the way that this album exists so grand yet devoid of depth. In a vacuum a lot of the instrumentals here are completely fine for me, but the straight to radio lyrics and the mostly shaky vocal performances are a put off for me. The strain in the voice feels forced. Still enjoyed this more than I saw myself enjoying an Imagine Dragons record so there is that.
What if I ignored gods and just became a dragon?
This is definitely a harder experience to get through than FEOTW. The lack of self awareness is about the same, but the resentment for other people goes so much harder on this one. Oh and it quadruples down on the use of the f slur.
Oh wait, Wyatt's own bar for himself is Hopsin. That makes a lot of sense.
Man really thought he was cooking on some Weird Al level shit....
Only thing that stops this from getting a 0 is that I don't feel it is nearly as mean spirited or damaging as some of the other things I have listened to, just stupid.
I want to start this review with a disclaimer: A Crow Looked at Me is a transparent and painful introspection into Phil Everum’s mind shortly after losing his wife to pancreatic cancer. Please consider this carefully as I plead that you listen to this album in the proper mental state. Had I listened to this record years back, I am not quite sure how I would have reacted to it. This is one of the few occasions where I am actually happy to be late to something so purposeful. This record ... read more
I really don't know what is going on anymore. Macklemore did really good on this one. This is not a joke.
IDGAF.... I had a fun time listening at least for some of the songs. Okay it's just mostly the first half, but still.
From what I know Vanilla Ice actually quite appreciates the culture, and if anything a lot of the problematic issues with him are more his labels fault. Doesn't mean the music sounds great.
