The two songs here are actually really fun and catchy. The production on both songs are really interesting, and pure synthpop which I LOVE. The vocal deliveries and song's mixing are also really good. Love the deeeeep and low register notes used in both songs. Wish "SO BAD's" chorus' was more like the final chorus where there are background vocals chanting (Bae, bae, bae, baby etc.).
"LIKE THIS" sounds like a song by Tinashe lol and it's fantastic
A great debut by STAYC ... read more
I wonder what SM was thinking with this...
Literally a Walmart version of BLACKPINK x EVERGLOW...
Probably the most bad-ass album I've ever heard. EVERY track is a banger from start to finish. The production truly elevates this project to above average however it is let down by its amateur lyricism. Love Cassie's icy cold and soulless vocals on this project too.
Best tracks: Numb & Addiction (when French Montana's verse hits whewww)
I am sooo happy to have discovered this artist!
"Josephine" and "Secrets" are definitely 2 of my favorite songs of all time! They're so dreamy, euphoric and melancholic. "Josephine" is a MUST listen. It makes you feel like as if you're in a very quite French cafe drinking coffee in the early morning and reading a novel.
Breeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. So happy Bree finally dropped her debut mixtape. It definitely would have helped if she added more tracks with longer lengths. I mean we technically only got 3 new tracks with this project....
Anyways, the mixtape is a fun, experimental and Bree's flow is SICKENING. Her vision and execution is out of this world!
Best tracks: Damn Daniel & Gucci
I had very high expectations for this album but unfortunately only a few tracks clicked with me. The melodies were quite monotonous and non-interesting. The production choices are really safe and no instrumental from the album tracks caught my attention.
I understand the whole point of the album was to be a cohesive Disco themed album so the tracks are supposed to kinda sound alike, but my biggest problem about the melodies is that they aren't catchy nor interesting.
Sure, the album makes you ... read more
What can I say? My expectations were very low for this album as with other group/teen band artists but this album took me by a surprise. Packed full of gorgeous vocals, delicious hooks and interesting direction switches, Little Mix let's everybody know that they have changed and matured for the better.
All I can say is that album is bop after bop after bop. It might even be their best album yet! But as per usual, the album would have benefitted greatly if they went for a more experimental and ... read more
I'm sorry but this album is exceptionally bland and boring. Honestly, I think my score is even a little high. Sam plays it wayyyyy too safe.
I was actually very excited for the album after he dropped his singles but unfortunately, no album track comes even close to the quality of the singles.
Best tracks: How Do You Sleep, Dancing With a Stranger, My Oasis, Promises & To Die For
I'm sorry but the album is terribly bland and generic R&B.
I'd rather listen to proper R&B artists like Kehlani, SZA, Tinashe, Alina, etc who make R&B MILES better than whatever the hell this is. This album reminds me of a watered down Summer Walker record and that isn't a good thing 🤡
Oh yea and that Weekend Collab? Yep that was boring too. But what about the doja Collab? Well, Doja saved that one of course.
Nearly every track on here is boring, basic and the same.

TWICE play it rather safe this time. A clean cut K-pop album with tonnes of variety. But even though there's variety, a lot of tracks have filler hooks and rhythms and bland production. There isn't anything experimental on here.
I Can't Stop Me & Up No More are clearly the best tracks here.
What happened to my lovely Bea? Every track on this album is honestly filler. I really wished it sounded more like 'feel something' but guess not...
Idk why but I find this song to be really really bad. It's like sooo generic and boring. It's like the most generic form of an R&B song available.
Why does the EP have like 3 ITZY rejects? Anyways... Voice is clearly the best song here.
The rest of the songs are ok but there isn't anything special about them. "Universe" is kinda cute tho. Honestly I kinda hate this new sound so much but they're still bops. Just enjoy the noise i guess.
After releasing her debut single "Only A Girl" in 2015, I've been waiting ever since for her to drop a project and finally here we are!
This EP just has such a dark pop vibe that just wasn't seen in 2020 at all. And no, I'm not talking about that Billie Eilish vibe - this one's different. Love all the singles/promotional singles from this EP and every track is very strong. A fantastic debut EP imo.
Best tracks: EGO, NAIVE, CHAOS, INTO IT
I'm so happy Kiiara finally released her long awaited debut album after releasing her extraordinary EP in 2016.
Love the album tracks on this one. And I'm glad she still has that futuristic vibe going on but with a more refined sound. Can't wait for her next project!
Best track: Feels (this one is godtier honestly), Gold, Empty, Never Let You, Accidental, Two Thumbs & Numb
Side A is much much stronger than Side B but nevertheless, Side B is still such a treat.
"Coast To Coast" might very well be one of the best ballads of 2020 and it's the best song on Side B imo. The EP definitely needed more variations in sound tho. I love what she did with "Paris" and wish there were more tracks like that.
im so glad i discovered silver sphere this year! probably my favourite discovery of 2020! love love the dreamy tracks on this project
'drinking games' instantly clicked with me but the other tracks took more time. waste my time, ill go goth, boys in bands (the prechorus) are the key tracks.
