I came to this a while after my obsession with carly rae jepsen began but from looking at the album cover and knowing this was 2008 crj it's pretty much what i expected it to sound like... the gag is the songwriting is better than on This Kiss

Charli XCX is probably my favourite musician Out there at the moment, she's just really cool. Of the music she's released since 2016 I'd have to say this is my least favourite, it's still amazing it's just a bit laboured and I think that takes away from the messy brilliance that you find in Pop 2, XCXWORLFD and How I'm Feeling Now. This is another album I'm very biased about cus I used to be obsessed with it. Yes it's probably too ambitious but the songs are all fantastic, it could do with more witty but it just bangs too much for to mark it down...

There's a perfect balance between beautiful moments and wild anarchy, Two Scenes and Billy Bibbit are the best way to end any album aswell...

This is one of my favourite albums ever, Call me basic, it reminds me of a hot blistering summer but also the night, its gr8, what a win...

There's a great balance between the more conceptual connecting tracks and the standout songs like time, money and us and them. It somehow manages to have songs that sound like eachother enough to feel like there's a through line throughout it all. It's also timeless for a reason and blows me away everytime I hear it, Pink Floyd's best album.

Best Xmas album ever...

For me this is my 2nd favourite Kate bush album (after hounds of love)... the first 3 tracks are beautiful landscapes of mystery and madness, my favourite being misty, also the longest. Of the last few tracks I don't really get the title track, it's fine but it's obviously my least favourite of them.
