i must say i am very surprised (pleasantly, i must add) at the perception around this album on this site in specific. elsewhere it seems much more polarizing, which makes sense for this kind of music! that being said, this IS my favorite album of all time so i feel compelled to type a little bit about it.

It was gonna be difficult to top Frailty for me. 2021 was such a special year in the Jane Remover discography that it can be hard to even believe. Two projects in one year, both pushing the boundaries and showing that Jane is a production force to be reckoned with.

easily yves' best project to date. i think a good amount of the fat was cut from previous records, and a vast majority of tracks on here really land. heaven surrounds us like a hood is still my soty.
i think this was worth the wait but i also wish fallen4u was on here in some capacity lol. anyway the first three tracks are crazy good
man. i really wanted to like this. the glow pt 2 and it was hot are two of my favorite albums ever. but this? this just doesn’t progress in the way i want it to. it has its moments, especially the opening track, but i was disappointed unfortunately. this one will probably be a repeat listen, hope i get it next time.
