For B sides, this stuff is great, especially SORRY NOT SORRY. What an amazing track.

From the killer guitars, to the smooth as hell delivery, this track is a classic from Daniel.
Once more, I must reiterate how good Tyler is at creating an aesthetic and soundscape. This album just sounds like a windy drive through the summery mountain-side. What a beautiful way of opening up to the world, Tyler does not just come out as bisexual, but he exposes some of what could be his deepest insecurities in such a well though out way. This is where I think Tyler really found his sound, and it shows. While I may not come back to tracks like Droppin' Seeds as often as others, ... read more
IGOR is such a well constructed project, and even that is an understatement. Tyler brings his emotions and flaws to the forefront on a album which details the harmful loop of unrequited love, and he puts this across in such a unique and gripping way. I mean, the production is just out of this world. Tyler shows here that he has honed his skills and craftsmanship as an artist. This album is paced perfectly with tracks placed in just the right places to really hit that spot. I feel like Tyler ... read more
The Melodic Blue has this brilliantly bombastic high-octane energy that's seldom found anywhere else, and while it has a number of flaws, I can't help but have a blast every time it's put on. Keem's flow, vocals, and lyricism are just so uniquely him, and it really helps set this project apart from the rest. Also, there are just so many bops and bangers here. Whether it be the infectiously bouncy south africa, or the dense and blood-pumping family ties, there are just ... read more
This record is when I feel like Tyler was starting to come into his own as an artist. Wolf is a moody, summery album filled with the stubborn emotion of a young adult. I think it works spectacularly at that, and this record has lots of great cuts. Tracks like Answer deliver on everything this album is trying to be. I really think the main problem this record has is that it's just too long, and for no purpose. Some of these tracks are definitely more forgettable and they don't really move the ... read more
While I think this record is more good than bad, I do think some tracks like Hellifornia and Out of Line should have been replaced or removed. They don't really do much for the record except pad out it's runtime. However, there are some truly great, electronic and industrial bangers on Aleph like Pursuit or Values. It's just a shame that this album is bogged down by a few forgettable tracks.
Best Tracks: Pursuit, Hate or Glory, Values
Weakest Track: Out of Line
Yeah, I can't really add anything new to the conversation about this record. Everything that I have or had to say has already been said. What else is there to say other than this is one of the best records of all time, not just in hip hop. To Pimp a Butterfly is beautifully iconic in every way. Funky, jazzy, soulful bliss.
Best Tracks: Wesley's Theory, u, The Blacker The Berry
Weakest Tracks: N/A
The production, addictive. The delivery, heartfelt. The lyricism, amazing. The day Kendrick Lamar makes a bad album is the day when pigs fly. This album has some of the most introspective and beautiful writing hip hop has ever seen. Maybe it's not as influential as TPAB or GKMC, but it's not trying to be. This is Kendrick at his most open and vulnerable, and it gives a beautiful glimpse into not only Kendrick's experience but the human experience. Am I going to come back to ... read more
While I enjoy a few parts of this EP, I totally see where the criticism is coming from. In fact, I hold many of the same criticisms. The best thing about this EP is the moody, grim atmosphere it creates. It gives you the same sort of sense that you get when leaning against a cold window when it is raining outside. However, this atmosphere is often shattered by hit or miss writing and an occasionally mediocre vocal performance by Joji. Bitter Fuck in particular is dreadful. In Tongues showed, at ... read more
Blonde devastated me. It will destroy you too, sooner or later. It's so emotive and beautiful in the way it explains the path of love. The whole record is just artistry at it's finest. In every aspect. From the beautifully smooth vocals from Frank, the poetic lyricism, and the gorgeous production, this record is timeless. There is no happy ending here, at least in the traditional sense. Blonde is just perfectly bittersweet. It works as sort of an expose on how healing and painful love ... read more
Even with it’s flaws , ASTROWORLD is an outstanding psychedelic journey. You feel like you're in a trip throughout the entire duration of the record, and I mean that in the best way. The production is just so full, spacey, and punchy, and the vocal performances are equally so. While the lyricism isn't always as remarkable, it still holds up great. The fact that this record manages to stay mostly consistent in quality considering it's runtime and ambition goes to show how ... read more
Well, this grew off me HARD. It's just so uneventful and bland. Sure, there's nothing bad here, but there isn't a lot of good either. In the movie it works, however, I feel like anything could have because the movie was so great. However, unlike the last soundtrack, I don't think this really stands on it's own legs at all, and the movie samples don't help. I feel nothing while listening to the vast majority of this album. It's just lackluster track after lackluster track. Even the best tracks ... read more
While this record does have some scattered bops, generally, it's not great. It's consistent at least, even if what it's consistent at isn't great. Pusha and Tyler's tracks are pretty good, especially Pusha's, but there really isn't anything memorable beyond those tracks. The production is often flat and many of these features seem to be kind of phoning it in. However, I'm glad we got this just for those previously mentioned tracks. This is still better than DJ Khaled's stuff.

Call Me If You Get Lost sets it's mood and atmosphere just right. A record that makes you jam out, feel like a badass, and reflect all at the same time while staying consistent is probably a great record, and this one is. I think this record accomplishes all it set out to do, regardless of any lows it has. Sure, tracks like RISE! might not have you coming back as often as others, but it and all the other tracks work together to create this summery, beachy atmosphere that is just so awesome ... read more
