so... the first half is old songs, and the 2nd half is just instrumentals... great... i dont even know what to say like this shouldnt even be classified as a new album, the reason its not as low is because the instrumentals are fine enough but this is still kinda underwhelming
the beatles come out with by far their longest album, and while it may be kinda bloated, it manages to stay consistantly amazing the entire time! (we dont talk about revolution 9) it manages to be every energetic yet also melodic and relaxing at times, and while it isnt perfect, its still shocking how its able to maintain its quality the whole album, having some of their coolest songs yet! just a really interesting album

the cover of this describes the album well, this feels like a big wacky parade with drugs sprinkled in, the songs range from being pretty trippy to really fun, the 1st soundtrack half being more avant-garde and weird while the 2nd extras half sound more like what would be on sgt peppers or revolver, it combines to make a really solid, its a little empty here and there (sorry not sorry about strawberry fields forever) but i still really liked it!

a bit of a return to tradition from revolver, but still a really interesting album, it ranges alot from fun to sad songs, the instrumentals sound simple yet not simple at the same time, with the vocals and lyrics being interesting too, its a pretty surreal album, its not like super amazing but still really solid (which sorry but a day in the life is overrated), overall its a pretty wacky album

this time they decide to go with a more psychedelic sound, and they do it really well! there are still songs with the more classic rock sound which are really nice, but it really adds a new layer to the instrumentals, on top of that with the vocals and lyrics from the boys being interesting, and its still really fun at times, its overall a great step up from everything theyve done before, becoming more experimental

they finally decided to lock in, by far their biggest step up from their last 5 albums, they didnt even like change their formula up that much, the songs are just better, every song has nice instrumentals and singing from the group, theyre really now starting to show their musical power by this point, now some tracks might not be amazing but all of them are atleast really good, just a fun album

yet another early beatles album that sounds the same as the rest, like honestly play me a song from their first 5 albums and i couldnt which one it came from, anyways this one is probably their most consistantly good so far, every song is atleast decent, the singing and instrumentals from the group are still nice but nothing groundbreaking, so yeah i liked it but once again not anything crazy

its yet another early beatles album, im starting to run out of things to say cus they all sound similar, this one is a bit more folk sounding, but yeah its basically just a slightly more boring please please me or with the beatles, i mean makes sense seeing the rate they pumped these albums out at the time, the singing is good the instrumentals are good its just not anything special but its alright

another slight upgrade to the beatles sound from before! they still havent changed their formula, still sounding a bit similar to their last albums, but this one is just has more charming and fun songs, its stays consistantly good with every song having something nice to it, its still nothing too crazy but for what it is, its just a batch of some pretty interesting songs, not amazing but still really solid

this is definetly very similar sounding to please please, but just more memorable, the songs are catchier, and its just a slightly more enjoyable time, now the 2nd half of the album might just be covers but eh, i still liked them and overall the boys have solid performances and production, its still not anything crazy but for what it is i still think its just some regular tunes to have in the background

starting off the beatles discography, i mean, this album is kinda just a collection of songs you would hear on the radio in the car back then, its nothing really that interesting but its good enough as background music, which the album is still decent by the way, i do quite like some of the songs but alot of them are just, well... alright, theres no particular standout, all of them are just fine enough regular tunes

uh... its a pink floyd album, just some instrumentals, they can be pretty nice at times but like it did not need to be 52 minutes long, i really dont know what to say since none of the tracks stand about, but i cant really give this a bad score since the instrumentals are decent, i didnt really dislike them, but i didnt really love any of them either
well, its another more modern pink floyd album, this time with roger waters gone, its not as strong as their previous albums but i still enjoyed it, the instrumentals are still nice and while the album might be a bit bloated with songs going on for too long, it still manages to hold on to be a decent album, it definetly couldve been a bit more interesting but what we got is still solid

gonna be honest, this is another kinda underrated pink floyd album, its definetly got quite a few flaws but yknow, i still decently enjoyed quite a bit, the instrumentals are pretty solid, while roger waters isnt here, the others singing is still alright, some of the songs do sound a bit similar to eachother, which to me isnt a big deal but still, overall its not anything great but i still liked it

ok this is honestly pretty good, while yeah it is only roger waters and its definetly not as good as pink floyds previous albums, i still think this has some good singing and instrumentals, it might be a bit empty and samey at times but i still atleast somewhat enjoyed every song, with this basically being the wall part 2 is interesting and i dont know what it is but i just appreciate this more than other people

the band comes with their most deep project yet, almost 1.5 hours talking about roger's life story, the instrumentals feel a bit more relaxed yet still grand at times, the singing is still really good and its really interesting, its not perfect since it does feel a bit bloated and some of the tracks while still being good arent like amazing, even then its still a really cool album with an interesting storyline to it thats worth checking out

and they continue to keep their formula, sounding similar to tdsotm and wywh with the great vocals and hard hitting instrumentals, this one feels a bit more grand with its sound, with also bringing in more interesting and political themes into the lyrics, the reason its not as high as previous album is that i dont think its as memorable as them but the songs here are still really damn good!
top 3: 3. Pigs (Three Different Ones), 2. Dogs, 1. Sheep
after making one of the best albums of all time, they make any one thats almost on par with it! it still has everything that made tdsotm amazing but it has a bit more of a melancholic atmosphere to it, but the instrumentals are still fantastic and so are the vocals! the title track is a bit overrated and keeping this from being a 100 for me, but other then that the album is still so good and emotional, a must listen
top 3: 3. Have a Cigar, 2. Welcome to the Machine, 1. SOYCD (6-9)
just absolutely incredible, in just 4 years they went from making some doodoo (ummagumma) and now making some of the best music ive ever heard, the instrumentals are so nice and amazing during the loud drops and solos, and the vocals complement them so well! almost everything about this is perfect, also gotta mention the great song transitions! in short its just one of the most awesome listening experiences!

holy underrated, it feels like everything good pre-tdsotm pink floyd had to offer stacked together, the instrumentals vary between soothing and energetic, the vocals are feel strong, and while its not perfect its still really consistant with pretty much every track being good in some way, they also dabble into some more hard rock here which they pull off well, overall it feels like a solid send off to early pink floyd!
