My 2nd favorite Outkast album. An album where the duo really started to experiment with different sounds and make more dense sounding music. There's a lot more live instrumentation on here, and that why you can hear a lot more different genre influences on this album, backed with duos amazing contribution and their chemistry as a whole is just perfect, Big Boi has always been consistent even after the Outkast, and this is where Andre 3000 really demonstrates his full potential and shows why ... read more

R.I.P. MF DOOM
I still have to figure out which is my 2nd favorite DOOM project this or “MM...FOOD”, after in my opinion his greatest work with Madlib, which is “Madvillainy”.
Here the atmosphere is not completely different, but different enough where you can clearly hear a lot more rawness in his voice, backed with aggressive and dark production, which is apparent from the beginning of the album with one of my favorite MF DOOM tracks Vaudeville Villain. Edit: Hmm, you know what this is growing on me just a little, lots of tracks that I just thought were ok now I like them more, even tho I still think the album still has a lot of big low points.

I always liked this even tho I have only listened to it 3 or 4 times in the past, but after downloading the mixtape and listening to it more, I realized that actually, I absolutely love this. You could say The Clams Casino's production is whats carries the album, but to me, Rocky's charisma is what enhances it, you don't want to hear conscious lyrics on druggy and hypnotizing production, no you want someone to match the vibe, and that what Rocky does on here. Also, this was the biggest project ... read more

I've been really excited about this since the announcement. Shit, he's one of my favorite artists how can I not be, but also a little bit worried, because it's Cudi you never really know what you gonna get, and I think he did it, this is a great end to the Man On The Moon trilogy.
The first half while it was great I didn't love it until act 3 and act 4 came in, which got me nostalgic and made me tear up all the way to the end.
