fun album, although i personally prefer when charli takes more risks with her music, not terrible though.
favorite tracks: dreamer, roll with me, emotional, lipgloss
its a fine album nothing really extraordinary, it feels like basic indie pop with some electronic elements but i will admit its nice to hear charli's voice on this album. starts to decline in quality towards the end.
favorite tracks: you - haha ha, set me free (feel my pain), grins
there are moments where i feel she plays it too safe, but still a great album.
favorite tracks: gone, click, shake it
she gave us the toxic lesbian anthem we all needed.
favorite tracks: hashtag, gone girl, see you in hell
this is the 2020s pop album that everyone needs to hear. great production, super fun, there's different sounds like disco and synthpop but it all compliments each other and flows so well. there's a reason its called future nostalgia
favorite tracks: pretty please, love again, good in bed

edit: after realizing this project is a mixtape and not album i listened to it again from a different lense and realized i like this more than i initially thought. this mixtape definitely grew on me and i love the way she incorporates her samples and her cheeky lyrics.
this is the first full project of pinkpantheress ive listened to (ive listened to a few of her songs just not an entire project) and u can really notice how she has matured and enhanced her sound. it’s a fun ... read more

sure this album is a little one-note but its a good one note. i believe she produced and wrote this album all by herself, and you can tell by how intimate it feels.
favorite tracks: delusional, the garden, lifetime
its kind of obvious who is on their moodboard but idc because its good! this was my first time listening to their music and i was not disappointed, it's so fun and quirky. my only complaint is that its too short.
favorite tracks (atm): underground, sugar free venom, bow chika wow wow
this is a pretty fun album but it honestly feels more like a playlist rather than a cohesive record. it’s just a feel good album for whenever you don’t want to take yourself too seriously and want to have some fun. her vocals are really loud but honestly im not mad, some of her lyrics make me side eye but nothing too major.
favorite tracks: deja vu, suga mama, upgrade you, check on it
i think it’s pretty obvious who is on her mood board but honestly idc this is a pretty good album. it’s just pure fun, she actually has a pretty voice i wasn’t expecting her to sound like that, and the production is pretty good, i really can’t complain.
favorite tracks: salvation, trust!, do you even think about me?
it’s ok nothing amazing but nothing bad just a fun little ep.
i dont think the song is as terrible as ppl are making it out to be, but those lyrics are soooo annoying and obnoxious and not in a camp way. this just feels inauthentic to them and i don't like the idea of hybe gentrifying hyperpop. now if 100 gecs put out this song i would give it a higher rating.
i think if you're looking to get into r&b this album is a great place to start. the lowkey production, lovely vocal performances, and just the concept of this album im in awe of. i loved not only how she talked about black culture but how she also brought a piece of her family with her with both her parents having their own interlude.
favorite tracks: weary, cranes in the sky, where do we go
i had been wanting to get into kali for a while now and im glad i finally did. she has a smooth, velvety voice that is complimented with these atmospheric r&b songs, she also has some variety with a reggaeton and more synth pop song which surprisingly flows well. i didn't quite care for the beginning and last tracks but besides that, good album.
favorite tracks: flight 22, your teeth in my neck, nuestro planeta
i had heard good things about jid and decided to check him out, safe to say i wasn't disappointed i can see why ppl like him.
favorite tracks: never, hereditary, all bad
would definitely recommend listening to this at night
favorite tracks: endless, ict, take me by the hand
