It's a nice, energetic, freaky, concise, and pretty interesting small album. But it's biggest problem is that: the size. It's a fine steak, and it taste great, but I wish there was more on my plate that I could really dig into.
EDIT: This album grew on me majorly.
Favorite Jams: Feel The Love, Freeee (Ghost Town, Pt. 2), Reborn
Lest Favorite: Cudi Montage
It's hard to take The Darkness completely seriously, but damn can they create a tune. From the roaring guitars, to the hailing falsettos, to the fun and jumpy drums, it all amalgamates to a damn fun old fashioned rock album.
Favorite jams: Mighty Wings, Open Fire, Barbarian
Lest Favorite: Sarah O'Sarah
A rip roaring, enthralling, heart-racing and absolutely destructive punk record, that should go down as one of the pioneers of dance punk. From the groove-laden bass to the break-neck drums, to the odd howls of Joe Strummer and Mick Jones, everything comes together here in a dirt filled and angry as hell album that will go down in the history books.
Favorite Jams: White Riot, I Fought The Law, Remote Control
Lest Favorite: What's My Name?
Somehow leaps and bounds over both installments in the trilogy, and yet somehow stays completely original and fresh. The bangers go harder then any of the groups bangers to date, the softer songs have the most emotional resonance from anything in their discography, all compact into one of the best hip-hop albums of the decade.
Favorite Jams: Boogie, Sister/Nation, Zipper
Lest Favorite: CINEMA 2
While not a total improvement over the original Saturation, BROCKHAMPTONs interesting and unique style of hip-hop still manages to be engaging and damn entertaining, with some of the groups best tracks to date. From brutal and hard hitting verses from "Fight", "Junkie" and "Teeth", to infectious bangers like "Queer" and "Sweet", it's a treat from start to finish.
Favorite Jams: JUNKIE, FIGHT, SUMMER
Lest Favorite: SCENE 2
One of the most refined and polished rap records of the decade, with instantly catchy tracks like "Boys" and "Gold", intensely well performed and well written bangers with "Heat", "Bump" and "Star", and even introspective and gloomy tracks like "Face", "Milk" and "Waste". A highlight of 2017, and a strong start to what would become the infamous Saturation Trilogy.
Favorite Jams: STAR, HEAT, GOLD

If your really wondering if All-American Trash is the gem of a mixtape that no-one knows about, then let the record show that it is all of three things: interesting, melodic, and very forgettable. The good tracks here on offer are buried under layers upon layers of crony, slog-ish and frankly boring tracks about love. Not a great start, but a start none the less.
Favorite Jams: BEN CARSON, PALACE, FLIP MO
Lest Favorite: CONTACTS
A truly charming pocket of a time long gone, yet show how staying fresh and interesting. With songwriting that seems like it comes straight from the golden age.
Favorite Jams: Heartbreak Junkie, Belmont (One Trick Pony), Full Circle Nightmare
Lest Favorite: Bridge City Rose
For one of the most original and unique metal bands, Zeal And Ardor still keeps it fresh, interesting, and somehow...SOMEHOW... delivers yet another groundbreaking record, that will go down as on the best metal record of 2010's.
Favorite jams: Servants, You Ain't Coming Back, Stranger Fruit
Lest Favorite: Solve
It's a fever pitch, nightmareish and absolutely, without a doubt of my mind, insane hip-hop industrial albums of the decade. Believe the hype.
Favorite Jams: Blackjack, The Fever (Aye Aye), Hacker
Lest Favorite: Double Helix
This album is dark. It's a dark, aggressive, and ugly album. And when talking about Death Grips, that's a good thing. One of the most straight forward messages among Death Grips cataloge, yet one of the craziest album of the 2010's. Fantastic.
Favorite Jams: No Love, Lil Boy, Lock Your Doors
Lest Favorite: World Of Dogs
It's still a very good album, but this album seems like a bit of a weak branch in one of the strongest trees from the 21st century. There's not a lot here that screams "essential", but it still has a lot to say in many interesting ways. Probably the worst Death Grips album to date, but with some of DG's best tracks.
Favorite Jams: You Might Think He Loves You, Anne Bonny, Birds
Lest Favorite: Feels Like A Wheel
Death Grips here seems so far ahead of the curb that they seem otherworldly, in one of their best albums to date. It's got monstrous bangers for days, and has an endless energy that can almost be tiring. Yet the lyrics have some of the most heartfelt and emotional resonance on any Death Grips album to date. For those who want something loud, energetic and endlessly entertaining, this could be your next favorite album.
Favorite Jams: Inanimate Sensation, The Powers That B, On GP

This is most defiantly one of Death Grips most experimental and off the wall releases...possibly ever. And when Death Grips is already so off the wall its not even in the same room, that's saying something. From the nearly nauseating Bjork samples to the strange-even-for-Death-Grips lyrics, it's a strange dip into the mind of Death Grips.
Favorite Jams: Say Hey Kid, Billy Not Really, Big Dipper
Lest Favorite: Have A Sad Cum
Not only is this one of Death Grips heaviest and abrasive albums to date, it's also one of the most accessible albums in their whole discography. A record that puts it's foot down and screams "Death Grips is here, and we aren't going anywhere".
Favorite jams: Giving Bad People Good Ideas, Bubbles Buried In This Jungle, Bottomless Pit
Lest Favorite: BB Poison
Death Grips continues to be one of the best and most interesting voices in experimental hip-hop, with insane drum work piled onto freak-show esq vocals and lyrics, all piled into one of the most concise and accessible album they have ever made, while still taking risks and introducing new stlyes into their already bombast sound.
Favorite jams: Black Paint, Hahaha, The Fear
Lest Favorite: Linda's in Custody
While not as experimental or as strange as their other works, Mr Bungle somehow finds a middle ground in the insanity and give us both the best and most accessible album of Mr Bungles entire career. Loud yet soft, heavy yet blissful, dark yet light, a true ying yang type of album that may take a little while before it truly becomes great.
Favorite jams: Vanity Fair, Pink Cigarette, None Of Them Knew They Were Robots
Lest Favorite: The Holy Filament
In some ways much more crazy and off the wall then it's predecessor, in others it's a much more subtle and subdue follow-up. In any cases, it's Mr Bungle going full experimental, sometimes to a shocking degree. And it is damn entertaining to listen to.
Favorite tracks: Violenza Domestica, Everyone I Went To High School With Is Dead, The Bends
Lest Favorite: Platypus
While not as groundbreaking or as essential as Angeldust, but still has some of the best tracks Faith No More have ever made. A must have for Mike Patton completionists.
Favorite tracks: Ashes To Ashes, Got That Feeling, Naked In Front Of The Computer
Lest Favorite: Helpless
Surprisingly, Faith No More's most vicious looking cover hides their most chill and relaxed album. There are various points that sound loungey, jazzy, but still have the energy and power that this band continues to put out.
Favorite jams: Ugly in The Morning, Star A.D, Just A Man
Lest Favorite: The Last to Know
