Saturation 3 is probably my favorites of the three albums. Great songwriting, catchy hooks, amazing production and great performances from every member.
Fav Tracks: Boogie, Zipper, Liquid, Stupid, Bleach, Hottie, SIster/Nation
Least Fav Tracks: Johnny
Quick Review:
Saturation 1 is an incredible album that introduced me and a lot of other people to the greatest boy band in the world. The blends of genres and the different styles are done very well and each member shows their strengths. The production is also great on the album. The only issue for me is that there are some songs that are just ok that I sometimes skip. But overall, this album showed their incredible potential and includes some of their best songs ever.

Other than Jeffrey, I've never really liked a Youg Thug album. He's always had potential to me, but it had never been capitalized on. Then I heard "So Much Fun". This album has amazing production and some great performances from Thugger. Some of his best songs ever are on here, like "Ecstasy" (minus MGK), "Hot", "Jumped Out The Window", and "Mannequin Challenge". The album's issues mainly revolve around the features. There are ... read more

At the time this came out, it was my favorite Post Malone album. It ended up being one of my favorite albums of 2018. The album is just hits on hits. Going back to it, it still holds up as his best album. Not a bad track on here. Some of his best songs ever are here, such as “Rockstar” and “Paranoid”. The production is incredible and the songwriting is outstanding. This album is great and one of my favorite albums of last year.

When returning to this after his next two albums, I was expecting to like it more than I did in 2016. Initially, I wrote this album off. There were some highlights but I thought it was just ok. But after his last two albums which I have liked quite a bit, I returned to this album to see if my opinion still stands. For the most part, I still think this is my least favorite Post Malone album. While the highlights are some of his best songs ever, some of his worst songs ever are featured here too. ... read more
I understand why I'm not supposed to like Post Malone, and I completely get why people don't. I wasn't a huge fan of Stoney. I liked it for the most part and I thought it had some amazing highlights, but it was mostly filler and didn't have an identity to me. I felt like he had the potential to have an amazing album, but I just thought he needed to focus and make an album filled with catchy and melodic tracks. And that's exactly what Beerbongs & Bentleys was for me. I like every song on ... read more
Edit: Revisiting this years later and yeah it’s grown off me. 80 to a 75.

When I first saw YBN Cordae’s name, I wrote him off because he was in YBN. But then I heard his 1985 response. I then heard tracks like King Fu and Alaska and really started paying attention. I think YBN Cordae is one of the newer rappers that I think has the most potential. It’s clear that he was more than just another guy in YBN. Going into this project, I was excited because I loved ... read more
I have an app on my phone that tells me what albums I’ve listened to the most. The Big Day is my most listened to album for July, but not because I’ve played it non stop and I love it. It’s because I tried listened 6 times but I fell asleep every time because it’s so fucking boring.
Going into this album, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. I was hoping it would be as good as his past projects, but that terrible Groceries
song was just one of many indicators ... read more
I wasn't really interested in a compilation/soundtrack album to Disney's newest cash grab that is a remake of Lion King. But then I saw it's by Beyonce, and then I saw the features which included many promising names, such as Tierra Whack, Kendrick Lamar, Childish Gambino, Jay-Z, Pharrell, 070 Shake, and more. This had me intrigued, especially since I mostly enjoyed Kendrick's Black Panther album.
The Lion King: The Gift is exactly what you would expect from this kind of thing. Sonically, you ... read more
Ed Sheeran is someone that I've never really cared for, although some of his hits have been ok. (except Shape of You. FUCK that song.) Seeing the tracklist intrigued me sort of but I was scared it would become a DJ Khaled album except with Ed FUCKING Sheeran on every track. I was completely right.
No. 6 Collaborations Project ends up being a DJ Khaled album. Some songs are listenable. I actually like "Beautiful People", "Take Me Back To London" and "Antisocial". ... read more
When I first listened to this album, it was the first Rocky album I’d ever listened to. I didn’t really know what to expect. I had obviously heard Rocky on features, but I wasn’t sure how he would do on a full album. And I know a lot of people don’t like this album but this is one of my favorite albums of last year.
This album has some of my favorite songs of 2018. And I know a lot of people say that this album doesn’t have a tone, and that it’s all over the ... read more
I really liked Daniel Caesar’s first album Freudian. It was filled with beautiful production and great songs. After 2 years, I was hoping this album would expand on his sound and show some new things. Well, he definitely went in a different direction alright.
“Entropy” is a decent intro track. I think his vocal performance is a little underwhelming but I like the song. “Cyanide” has pretty good production but I think the song doesn’t reach its full ... read more
I’d heard a few songs by Daniel Caesar before listening to this and thought he had a lot of potential. I liked his sound and thought he sounded really good. Going into this album, I was expecting a solid R&B project.
“Get You” is an amazing song. I love the instrumental and both Daniel Caesar and Kali Uchis is sound great. “Best Part” is another beautiful love song with a great instrumental and vocal performances from Caesar and H.E.R. “Hold Me ... read more
DJ Mustard’s peak around 2014 brought some great hits. I’m normally a fan of his production, but lately I haven’t been finding his production that interesting. I was hoping this album would be decent.
“Intro” isnt that good. The beat isn’t special but 1TakeJay’s Blueface esque performance with funny lines makes it an interesting listen. “Pure Water” has a catchy, but generic instrumental. Migos does an ok job, but the song is still ... read more
Lmao I’m not listening to a 2 hour album in full by Chris fucking Brown. Next.
(Ok I’m Probably gonna do it just so I can have a legitimate opinion)
EDIT: I DID IT. REVIEW BELOW:
Obviously it’s Chris Brown. We know who he is and what he’s done. Musically he isn’t interesting anymore. I’ll try to separate artist from music here. I’m only doing one listen because fuck this. Yeah this is gonna be biased. This is a two hour album though. Kill me ... read more
Edit: The more I listen, the more I realize this album is not all that terrible. The production is actually really good. Still not amazing or anything, but not terrible.

Gunna is somebody that I find to be boring. He has a ton of potential and has delivered some great features lately. I was hoping maybe he would craft an album with some consistency and would finally maximize his talent. Nope.
“Wit It” has a decent instrumental and Gunna sounds ok. The song ... read more
Comethazine to me is normally just a boring Lil Pump. Wasn’t expecting anything from this project. I somehow was still disappointed.
“Onmygrannykids” isn’t good. The beat is generic af and Comethazine does nothing interesting on the track. “I Be Damned” has a decent beat and Comethazine actually comes through with a pretty good hook. “Benjamin Counter” has a generic instrumental and Comethazine does an ok job but the song just isn’t that ... read more
Comethazine is a rapper that I had only heard one song from, Walk, which I thought was ok. Nothing really stood out to me though. Production was ok, he was decent on the song. Going into this project, I wasn’t expecting anything that good, maybe an album with some decent production and occasionally a good performance from Comethazine. Lol. Nope.
The first track “Walk” has a trippy beat and the hook is pretty catchy. “V12” has a generic, boring instrumental and ... read more
Gunna is an artist that can be good in small doses, but not somebody I want to listen to for an entire album. So I thought maybe this collab tape could be good. Then I saw it was with Lil Baby. Unfortunately, I don’t like Lil Baby that much. I was just expecting some good production and occasionally a decent hook or flow.
“Off White VLONE” has decent production and an ok hook. I was kinda liking the song until I heard Lil Durk’s rape lyrics which were ridiculous. NAV ... read more

Gunna is somebody that I’ve heard songs from but never an entire project. He’s been the king of features lately, and most of them I like. I also normally like the producers he works with frequently. Going into this project, I was expecting consistent melodic trap tracks, although the amount of songs had me worried. Turns out I should have been worried about that.
I like the beat on the first track “Helluva Price”. I think Gunna’s hook is decent but ... read more
